Monday 24th September will be the first day of the new Scholastic Year 2012/2013. Thanks God, everything is prepared for a good start.
During these past two months of holidays the members of the Board of Directors together with the School's Senior Management Team worked on a number of issues related to our school development plan. Besides the normal processing of the end of year results, filing, interviews for new staff, preparation of classes and timetables, we also had a number of tasks that were scheduled to be completed during the summer recess.
These were:
* The completion of KreAttiv project, Colours on the Second Floor.
* A new soffit, lighting and decoration of the ceiling above the ramp.
* New coat of paining and other related works on the ramp
* Second phase of the restoration of the school façade facing Triq il-Palazz l-Aħmar
* New electrical installation works in the main hall mainly to enable us to add fixed fans.
* Installation of sixteen new class-room computers linked to the school's main server together with the furniture that houses them
* New aluminium doors and windows in the corridor opposite our Form IV classes

We feel the need to thanks God, and the parents of our students, who in their majority donate freely and generously, that we were able to cover all the work's expenses. Thanks to these very generous parents, the Society of Christian Doctrine M.U.S.U.E.M., and some few benefactors that we can continue to plan and execute more works to offer our staff and students the best we can provide.

Class Timetables:
We are deeply honoured to have the opportunity to lead St Michael School’s community as it enters its 66th year of service. Through the years we have developed a strong appreciation for the holistic approach to education and we try our best to provide an outstanding opportunity for youths to grow and develop as mature Christian citizens.
There are 999 other success principles
that I have found in my reading and experience,
but without self-discipline, none of them work.
So do what you should do,
when you should do it,
whether you feel like it or not.
Thomas Huxley (1825 – 1895)
