All set for a new Scholastic Year.

All hands were on deck during these two days which brought to an end a very busy and industrious ten weeks of summer recess. Shakespeare Study-course at Stratford-upon-Avon

On Monday 28th August, a group of 21 Form 4 and Form 5 students together with Mr Clive Piscopo and Ms Amanda Smith, our English Teachers left to Stratford-upon-Avon, England, to attend a course at Shakespeare Birthplace. During their stay, they are going to follow a study-course on the works of William Shakespeare with particular focus on three of his major plays, mainly ‘Titus Andronicus’, ‘Antony and Cleopatra’ and Julius Caesar at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. The Publication of the Annual Examinations Results

On Tuesday 12th July at noon the results of the Annual Examinations were posted at the Central Mail Office of the MaltaPost. It was a relatively long process of correcting, checking, inputting marks, printing and enveloping. Thanks to our teachers and secretarial staff, this laborious exercise was completed efficiently as scheduled. Green Flag Award for the fourth consecutive time.

Two students members of EkoSkola from our School, accompanied by Mr Simon Camilleri, Assistant Head and Mr Joseph Savona, our EcoSchool Coordinator, attended a special ceremony, presided by H.E. the President Ms Marie Louise Coleiro Preca and held at The President's Palace, Valletta on Monday 3rd July at 10:00 to receive on our behalf the prestigious Green Flag Award for the fourth consecutive time. Car park and Ground - Works in progress

The shell-form of the new basement extension is taking form. What was still on the drawing board a couple of months ago is now very visible. The formation of the new workshops, service rooms, corridors, shafts, lift and access to the main building is now taking shape and within a couple of days it will reach its final stages. Graduation Day 2017

On Tuesday 6rd June, seventy finalist received their School Certificate & Profile and their diploma during a special celebration, presided by Mr Ruben Pace, Director. The opening prayer consisted of short readings from excerpts taken from the writings of St George Preca. This was then followed by the sharing experiences by ten students, who highlighted some of the events, activities and incidents that they feel where most meaningful during the five scholastic years they spent at our school.…

'Wirt Artna' Celebration

On Friday, 19th May our school presented a celebration  ‘Wirt Artna’.  This was the 2nd Prize Giving Ceremony during this scholastic year.   As the name implies, during this ceremony we celebrated some of the many customs and traditions that give a unique character to our Nation. Carpark and Group Project - Update

On Easter Monday, 17th April, workers from Ballut Brothers started the first phase of the new development of our School. The first weeks focused on excavation works. During the last days we entered a new phase, that of preparing the foundations for the building and drainage ruts. Today, Wednesday 17th May, exactly a month after, this work is near completion. PrecaFest 2017

It was on 9th May 2001 when St John Paul II declared Fr George Preca Blessed. It was Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI who later canonized Fr George Preca on 3rd June 2012 but retained the date of 9th May as the feast day of St George Preca. Thus on Tuesday 9th, besides the Eucharistic Celebration we decided to organize a full-day of special events for our students which consisted of twenty different workshops, all of which are not part of our daily curriculum.
