On Saturday, 18th May at 9.30 pm a group of students and teachers came back from a week in France. During their stay they were hosted at the Catholic School Lycee Les Arcades in Dijon. Exchange visits between this school and ours are organised for teachers and students. This time our teachers and students took part in an intensive French course.
When in France, a visit to Paris is a must… so our students and teachers spent the last two days touring this beautiful city. They visited several Parisian attractions mainly Champs Elysee and the Louvre Museum. In the evening they had the opportunity to watch the spectacular Eiffel Tower on its 130th anniversary…a unique experience shown only on special occasions. A memorable day at Disneyland park was next on the itinerary. Surely another wonderful memory to treasure. Saturday morning, they visited Versailles Palace and late in the afternoon they set off to return to Malta.
It was indeed a positive week for both students and their teachers. Surely a trip to remember. We would like to thank Ms Francalanza who coordinated this trip together with Mr Tabone. We would also like to thank Ms Carabott who joined this group.
