Voluntary Work – Christmas 2018

As in previous years, part of the Christmas Programme this year also involved several staff members who organised voluntary work.  Some students visited the Helen Keller School, a school for students with special needs while another group distributed Christmas cards at the Malta International Airport, at Valletta, at Mdina, at Rabat and to the neighbours of our school.  Another group of students went to sing Christmas carols and to play musical instruments in homes for the elderly at Marsaxlokk, while several students went to help out at Dar il-Ħanin Samaritan, at Għajn Tejtes, at Marsascala Youth Centre and at CSAF Cats’ Sanctuary.  We have also organised a clean-up at Marsascala seashore and at a valley in Qormi.  For those who prefer sport we have also organised a football tournament in aid of the Christmas Lunch organised every year by Caritas

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our members of staff for these initiatives, we thank the students who participated in these activities and last, but not least, we thank the parents who gave permission to their children so that they could take part in all this.
